Pickin' in Horseshoe Bend Park

Ron Henry Horseshoe Bend River Park is a wonderful park located in McCaysville, GA. The park features theToccoa River. The park is year-round and is a division of the Fannin County Recreation Department. The park was developed by a Department of Natural Resources grant. The park has playground areas, benches along the river bank, 2 picnic shelters, picnic tables, horseshoe pits, volleyball courts, grills and restrooms. It is designed for group gatherings, such as family reunions, church groups, birthday parties, music gatherings, company groups and more. A perfect setting for a family picnic or a place to just get away and enjoy the tranquility.
Pickin' in Horseshoe Bend Park  will be every Thursday, 6:00 PM to dusk, running May-September. Live music by local artists with pickin' on the banks of the Toccoa River at the Horseshoe Bend Park in McCaysville. Every one is welcome and best of all admission is FREE! Just bring your own blanket or favorite folding chair.
